Privacy Policy

Last updated:

This is a starting template, not legal advice. Have a lawyer in your jurisdiction review it before launch, and update it to match the tools you actually use.

What we collect

When you contact us, join the mailing list, or purchase a membership, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, current role, and anything you write in a message. If you take the free assessment, your answers are processed in your browser and are not transmitted to us unless you choose to send them.

How we use it

To reply to you, to deliver the material you signed up for, to process payment for a membership, and to send occasional updates if you asked for them. We do not sell personal information.

Processors

We rely on third parties to run the site: a hosting provider, a payment processor for memberships, and an email provider for the mailing list. Each handles your data under its own terms. Replace this paragraph with the specific vendors you use.

Cookies

The site itself sets no tracking cookies. Your browser stores assessment progress and any preview drafts locally on your own device; that data never reaches our servers. Payment and analytics providers, if enabled, may set their own cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@aestheticcriteria.com and we will act within thirty days.
